Ports Authority Tonga Management Team 2025-2026:

• Mr. ‘Alo ki Hakau Maileseni was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer for Ports Authority Tonga with effect from 28^th July 2022. Prior to his appointment, he was acting CEO for over 3 years whilst holding the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Authority since 2010. Prior to joining PAT, he was an Auditor at the Tonga Audit Office.

• Mr. Halloween Kisina was appointed Chief Financial Officer in November 2022, succeeding the current CEO. He joined the Authority in 2013 as Deputy CFO and was subsequently promoted to Operations Manager in 2016. Prior to his tenure at the Authority, he served as a Senior Accountant for TCC.

• Mrs. Mele Havea Lavemaau was promoted to her substantive position of Chief Operation Officer in February 2024. She joined the Authority in 1999 and was subsequently promoted to HR Manager in 2003 and General Manager for Corporate Services in 2010.

• Mrs. Nanise Tu‘ineau was appointed General Manager for Finance in January 2023. Prior to joining the Authority, she served as a Chief Accountant at the Ministry of Finance. She has been with the Government ministries for over 14 years.

• Capt. Hakaumotu Fakapelea was appointed General Manager for Marine Services on 05^th July 2023. He joined the Authority on the 28^th April, 2014 as the Port Master and was promoted to Manager for Marines and Ports on 01^st July, 2015.

• Mrs. Lu‘isa S. Lapao’o has been appointed General Manager for Corporate Services starting Aug. 01, 2025. She was previously employed as a HR Manager at FISA Ltd. for 5 years and as Principal Assistant Secretary for the Office of the Public Service Commission. She served at PSC for 8 years.

• Mr. Almadin Tukutau became the General Manager for Operations on January 17, 2023, after joining the Authority as the Manager for Corporate Services on March 17, 2020. He has over 15 years of experience as a Senior Officer in the Ministry of Education and Training.
